[Idea] Filter and handle emails to the same domain

Think about a gaussian-like mode that allows balancing email sending when there are many emails directed to the same domain in order to prevent bouncing.
It may be possible that service like Mandrill already have this behaviour incorporated, in that case it will be an useful feature for adaptes like SMTP or similar
