Dear Team,
I am using latest version of Spectre. I know, Spectre has been optimized for CNV call >=100KB. I would like to use min_cnv_len=85KB or 90KB, so I can capture events between 85/90KB to 100KB. Reducing min cnv length can give rise to false positives. I am using breakpoint support also(--snfj). Would you like to suggest modification in any other parameters along with min_cnv_len=85/90KB, which can reduce false positives? OR I should not try it at all. Your suggestions will be helpful.
Thank you.
