What's needed?

Currently SetComponentPowerActive says it can only be used on inverters, and SetComponentPowerReactive doesn't mention which components are supported at all.

Proposed solution

Document the function to specify on which components they can be used and if there are any restrictions on how the function can be used for particular components.
