timeline: mark the "birth" and the "resolution" of a community

Hopefully communities never really end, but they normally have a defined start. This may be the first online node, the first mail on a mailingliste or the first kickoff meeting.

It would be nice to mark the start (and end) of communities with an other background-color in timeline-widgets.
