Error code 500 upon new location creation

Dear Frepple,
Hi there, we are testing out the community version of frepple for our production environment and I have run into trouble whilst playing with the software.
When creating a new location I recieve an error

Server Error (500)

I have looked into it and it seems like enabling python wsgi forking is something on the developers end but clearly there are others on similar systems who are not having such issues.
I am using ubuntu 20 LTS with frepple 6.20.0.
I followed the demo debian installation script and installed the pip requirements that matched the version.
The only thing that springs to mind is that lxml 4.3.4 wasn't installing as it was seemingly out of date so 4.6.5. was installed. Django had some version gridlock errors too.
Please could I ask for help setting this up if this is a service you offer?

I confirm this is a bug. 6.20 was the first release that supports ubuntu 20, and this issue got through our testing.
The explanation and solution is described in GrahamDumpleton/mod_wsgi#614

You will have to edit a line in the file /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/z_frepple.conf to overcome the problem:

original:
WSGIScriptAlias / "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/freppledb/wsgi.py"

corrected:
WSGIScriptAlias / "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/freppledb/wsgi.py" process-group=frepple-django application-group=%{GLOBAL}

Thank you very much. Very interesting software. I have written a lot of notes to conceptualilse a similar software but then I thought I would see what is already made and this matches it well. I was thinking the same design with a custom server and then an sql backend. In my design for production process design I made allowances for planning tasks and allowing control of autonomous systems from this software within the actualised production process which may still be useful to wrap around frepple. I am interested in the use of this software for a self sufficient commune as it could allow easy community control of necessary survival means production.
