Hi @Atharva120818124 !

When you are using the development credentials from Facebook API console, you have to first add the number you want to send message to, to the allowed list, before you can send a message to that number.

In production mode that is not required.

Hello, @NagariaHussain , first and foremost, thank you for providing such a fantastic open-source ERP. I followed your instructions, and everything worked flawlessly. I created a system user to get permanant token, and messages are smoothly going through. However, in the Git instructions, it mentions using the 'WABA WhatsApp Message' doctype to create ,send and receive messages. However, when I check 'WABA WhatsApp Message,' it only displays 'sent' messages and not the replies from customers. The replies do reflect in the Facebook WhatsApp Manager but not in the ERP(even though this isn't specifically for chatting, I want to ensure I haven't overlooked anything).

Additionally, could you please guide me on triggering event notifications? In the notifications section, channels such as Slack, SMS, Email, and system notifications appear, but the WhatsApp API isn't showing up. I'm uncertain if this is how I should trigger WhatsApp notifications.

Suppose I've created a template named 'invoice_hello' via the WhatsApp manager(Facebook): I want to trigger and send this template to a customer along with their invoice in PDF format and personalized with their name. Is this something you already have available or its on cards? If not, how could we achieve something similar?
