Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When charging for support there is no way to capture the amount of chargeable time

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be useful to have a couple of fields to capture the amount of chargeable time, for example:
Quantity: 2, UOM: Hours
Quantity: 4, UOM: Days

2 fields: Float & Link (HD UOM Table?)

Describe the alternatives you've considered

Custom fields but they won't appear in the UI
