Installation issue

When I try to install the app using the command "$ bench get-app crm", the installation is not getting completed. Even If I try to do it in my local machine. The installation is not getting completed but the connection is getting expired for my server.
The crm app is still present inside the apps/ directory inside the bench , so I tried to install the app to my site with the command "bench --site mysite.erp install-app crm". The app is also getting installed to the site but I can't open the portal page of the new CRM app, with the url http://mysite.erp/crm.
Can you please guide me through this process community ??
