ZFWCG PAS COHERENT DANS MCDU/INIT

Hello,
When I go to the MCDU / INIT / page 2, I click on ZFWCG, the ZFW is correct compared to SIMBRIEF, but the displayed ZFWCG ("23.8") seems incorrect to me, indeed when I go to "Fuel Weight" ( flying menu bar), I see that the figure of the CG which is displayed WITH THE FUEL (therefore it is CG / TOW) is also the same, ie ("23.8") in my case, is- this normal?
I know the CG of ZFW and TOW are generally quite close, but I wanted to be sure that this is not an anomaly.
In addition, I do not modify the values of the PAYLOAD nor of the FUEL in any way, but I have read that it was advisable to reduce the EMPTY CG from 25 to 24.5 so that the balancing is compliant ... ?? Could you confirm for me, and if so, will a correction be made soon?
