Add option to ignore any song with explicit title/artist #26

Sometimes, songs aren't marked as "Explicit" on Spotify, but definitely have titles I wouldn't want showing on my GitHub profile.

Questions:

Censor name or hide song completely?
- Wouldn't be too hard to support both, but hiding completely is "good enough".
Custom wordlists allowed?
- Seems like a wormhole - can just use an English badnames list for now instead.
