Rename public-resource directory to avoid clash in classpath

Compojure defaults to expecting public resources in a directory "public" on the classpath. If more than one library uses this, the directories are merged in the classpath, leading to potential clashes. This has already happened with LambdaUI (sroidl/lambda-ui#91) so to be on the safe side, rename the directory to something else.
