How to correlate patient_ids

Thank you for making this work available.

I am trying to convert complementary normal cases from DDSM which are not present in CBIS-DDSM.

I realized that the Patient IDs do not match, for instance, CBIS-"Calc-Test_P_00038_LEFT_CC" may lead to think that is related to DDSM-"C-0038-1" or some other 0038 (as DDSM has some duplicated numbers), but it is not.

Is there any way to relate patient IDs from CCSM to CBIS-DDSM so that I can convert remaining images from an exam?

Hi,

if you have converted the DDSM Images you can compare them to retrieve the patient id mapping.

There was one problem with the optical density mapping see other issue but other than that you get pixelperfect CBIS-DDSM images if they are included.
