Missing DeleteAVP functionality #160

When we have function (NewAVP) to create/append a new AVP to the message, not sure why we do not have function to delete an existing AVP from the message.
This would be useful in below scenario say,

  1. Client sends diameter message to DRA.
  2. DRA appends proxy-info AVP and forwards the same to Server.
  3. DRA receives the response from Server and removes the proxy-info AVP.
  4. DRA forwards the response to client.
