Feature: Show network locations on the sidebar network section

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Right now they only show on the home page and existing map drive still in the drives section on the sidebar

Requirements

• Rename current Network category to Network locations
  • Show the same locations as the home page
  • Remove mapped network drives from the drives section

Alternatively

• Rename current Network category to Network devices
• Create a new Network locations section
  • Show the same locations as the home page
  • Remove mapped network drives from the drives section

@hishitetsu fyi just adding NetworkService.Locations to the SidebarViewModel's population method right?

The current design matches Explorer. Explorer shows local and network drives in the same section in the sidebar.
The network section in the sidebar shows the network computers, which aren't displayed in the home page.

It appears that Win10 is different, where both "Network Drives" and "Network Locations" are listed.
