Update kub benchmarks to:

  • be compatible with new timer structure : https://github.com/feelpp/ktirio-urban-building/pull/297
  • Define a consistent benchmark (multiple nodes + many tasks per node configs, etc)
  • Execute on different (fixed) environments (hpcx+apptainer, builtin not hpcx, etc...) [To be defined...]
