Difficulty using site on mobile device

What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

I was trying to look up political contributions and see if anything popped up under my name. There's a glitch where after I select a contribution and then return to the list it refuses to let me scroll back to see the names of the contributors. This occured on a Samsung A 14 on Firefox.

General feedback?

Making the website more mobile friendly would make it accessible to more people across the US who are now mostly using phones.
