The official lizzie with #807 applied has not been released yet, so you will have to compile it yourself using #807.

It is undecided so far.
We would like to release Lizzie-improved frequently.
I'm not a programmer myself, so I rarely make pull requests myself.
So I'm looking forward to an interesting pull request.
