KDE Discover package only installs fcitx5-chinese-addons-data

On Kubuntu LTS 22.04, the KDE discover package only installs fcitx5-chinese-addons-data and not the rest of the packages, which makes it appear that fcitx5 didn't detect Chinese Addons, when in fact the package is not even installed properly...
Will be more than happy to provide more information! And sorry if this is a stupid issue, I am not quite familiar with package management...

这是我的问题，从一开始（2020年）就把 appdata XML 作为架构无关的文件拆分了出去，这显然对用了 Appstream 的软件包管理工具不友好。

总之我先挂上 bug 报告：

然后我来先避免这个问题出现在 Ubuntu 24.04 LTS 中，然后看看对 Debian 和 Ubuntu 的旧稳定版如何做一下修复。
