Tagger and Arms Reach module is conflicting somehow

When using the modules Tagger and Arms Reach. You have to drag select tiles instead of just clicking yo select tile. I have disabled all modules and even tried Taggaer by itself and then Arms Reach by itself and they work independently until both are on together. I will be posting this on Arms Reach module as well.
