From: pc***@fu*** (Patricio Cubillos) Hi Christina, Sorry, the documentation is not really precise about this issue. On Jan 26, 2017, at 10:21 PM, clh93 <cl***@as***> wrote:

Subject: [BART-user] Running BA***@di***ransit depths?
Hi,
I'm in the process of trying to use BART to test some data I have. I'm
really very impressed with it so far, I'd really like to be able to use
it in my work. I'm able to get the examples to run quite well, but I'm
having a problem putting in my own data.
If I use the HD209458 example everything runs fine. However if I put in
my own data, with a shallower (R_p/R_s)^2, the level of the transmission
spectrum that I retrieve is still the same as the HD209458 level,
(approximately (R_p/R_s)^2=0.015). Here's what I'm doing:
Changing the .tep file to reflect the new target data
Regenerating the atmosphere
Regenerating the opacity file
Otherwise I'm using the same .cfg, kurucz and cs file from the example
and just putting in my data in the cfg file.
Can anyone advise me as to what I'm missing? I have the feeling I must
be missing some extra stage.
Thanks so much for any help at all!
Christina
