Preloading indicator for sounds

It's very important to have a loading indicator for long sounds, as they can take some time to be imported into system.

Alternatively, we can stream sounds on the fly (check how to do it in Howl.js), but it has it's own downsides, like glitches/stops after start of the playback if connection speed is not consistent.
