Contribution: 41edo updown Kite-style tuning config

Please include this in the default configs, there's a whole community of people doing this approach to notation.

This is optimized for the style of notation that Kite prefers for Kite Guitar and related.

It uses v/^ symbols instead of the other arrows, it is 41edo, and it supports use of double-up and double-down enharmonics as options for spelling.

Directory of tuning config: this should be included as either updown/41edo or updown/41kite or updown/kite41 or something like that
