Sending Ethereum from Ethereum Account to Bit Panda so that I can transfer to cash

Hi,

Apologies for what might sound like a simple request but I am totally at a loss.

In June 2016 I placed a transaction with Bit Panda for 3.40749484 ETH

I now want to sell 1 Ethereum but I have no idea how to do it.

Bit Panda are telling me to send it from my wallet to my bit panda wallet but I have no clue how to even do this?

I go to my page on etherchain.org but now what do I do?

I dont even know how this account is assosiated to me other than I can see the transaction I placed on Bit Panda
