investigate if this is anvil specific or a general issue. also investigate if this happens for other tx types

repro:

  1. run anvil --optimism
  2. send a deposit tx
  3. cast block
  4. cast rpc eth_getBlockByNumber $BlockNumber true
  5. there's no tx type for deposit tx
