Introduction

I am Chris. I enjoy searching for ways to integrate networks in the web3 ecosystem with each other, with the objective of building network-2-network connections, at the human, client, and protocol levels.

I got into Ethereum because of Livepeer - a project to build video on web3, and also work as part of #TestingTheMerge.

ETHBerlin³ is inevitable for me. Post-pandemic hackathon in the cultural melting pot that is Berlin. Unmissable IMHO.

Idea description

I've got a lot of ideas. Top of my mind are:

1. SwarmNFTify: select folder, upload contents to Swarm, and mint each file as NFT. This issue offers no implementation suggestions, but can be imagined to be applied to photo / music / video collections sitting on all our endless hard drives.
   Skillset: UX Research, Full Stack Dev (golang perhaps useful), Graphic Designer, UI Dev.

2. Watch!: reimagine the "smartwatch" for a pure web3 context. No AppleID, no Google. Conceptual device design project, with hardware and software symbiosis, leveraging new "cloudchain" back-end superpowers afforded to a user by virtue of their participation in Ethereum.
   Skillset: Software Architecture, Industrial Design.

3. SwarmBootOS: boot a diskless RaspberryPi by loading a Unix Operating System into RAM from storage on Swarm. Documented instructions are available for doing similar using network storage (please ask below in a comment if you would like to audit the instructions).
   Skillset: Unix SysAdmin, Software Developer

Re. 3. here is a starting point for diskless booting using pxe, ramdisk and network storage. Hopefully it can provide a decent starting point: http://panic.fluff.org/stateless/hive/ (the name "hive" is in no way related to "swarm" or "bee" it's coincidence)
