Dropdown menu is slow, please bring back version 1.4, or at least give us the option to choose.

Which drop-down menu?
The speed is not controlled by the extension.

Nonetheless, users can always install older version of the extensions and disable update.

It's slow to click the dropdown menu and then pick or select, rather than simply just select directly. Pls pls pls.
