Bug with Anchor link list on mobile

Thanks @padms. Would it be better to "fill" the first row of anchor links instead of the last? Also centered text looks a bit messy when the anchor link texts varies in length - but I trust your recommendations on it 😃

When I tested it looks like we only get 3 items in a row, even when it is room for more, both for desktop and mobile:

We would like to keep the "distribution" of items as currently in prod, with more items horizontally, e.g. like this

• There is an empty text in the first screenshot. Fixed it by making the title required.
• Fixed the alignment such that the text is aligned to the left.
• For mobiles the no of columns is always 3, for desktop it takes what even input we give. Works for me.. in my page https://web-global-development-equinor-web-sites-dev.c2.radix.equinor.com/test/padms
