Avoid calling Box APIs twice per file for thumbnails and file manager

The same call is made to the Box /files endpoint for thumbnails and to show files in My Box. Resolve that for cases where the same files are rendered in both locations, Box often ends up returning an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests otherwise.
