e.g. primary_care_physicians. The unit is listed as "per 100,000" but the numbers are tiny, e.g. 0.000765 for the US as a whole. I assume this is a mistake, and it's actually a raw rate, which would give 77 per 100,000 for the US. Does that number seem correct?
