Some problems with the color scheme:

  • It is quite hard to distinguish between Asian and AIAN colors in the quantile graphs (see below)
  • The colors have different "feels". The bright yellow of NHOPI emphasizes the corresponding marks, whereas the soft grey of White de-emphasizes the corresponding marks. Colors should have a similar level of luminosity and saturation.
