Heatmaps do not show the strongest (ie most significant) feature name mapping but probably first or last.
Noticed because of the missing significance star where one should be.
Probably only an ATAC-seq problem because multiple regions map to the same gene name.

  • fi xmulti mapping
  • Heatmap contains NAs
