Presets cannot be changed on DLSS 3.5.0

Steps I took:
download the dlss 3.5.0 dll from techpowerup (dlls from other sources have same issue)
put it in the game, the same way you do for any other dlss dll (im playing minecraft here)
attempt to change preset
only resolution is able to be changed, and preset changing do not work, it is stuck on preset A. as stated when dev watermark is enabled.
