SM9 precompute pairing per master public key level

按现在SM9的签名、验签，加密算法中，pairing的G1,G2中的两个点是相对固定的：
签名、验签是
g := Pair(Gen1, priv.SignMasterPublicKey.MasterPublicKey)
加密是
g := Pair(pub.MasterPublicKey, Gen2)

如果我们预计算主公钥的pairing，那性能一定会提高，不知道有无潜在的安全风险。
