I'm sorry but it works for me, there have been 1458 downloads of that version (it's the latest btw) and this is the first issue reported.

Anything in the QGIS logs?

Can you try to install plugin named "First Aid" and open the debugger (a roach icon) ?

I uninstalled QGIS 3 and Python and reinstalled it step-by-step using the instructions. I can't get the GeoCoding or First Aid to load. I'm using both a MacBook Pro and iMac, so I'm assuming something isn't installing correctly, it's a Mac issue, or something. I'm very new to QGIS, but didn't have this problem with the 2.X version.

Trying to use this plugin with fresh install of 3.6 on latest Mac OS and I continue to not be able to use the plugin - see screenshot that appears when I try to install.
