Can't drag and drop to dock.

What Happened?

On wayland drag cancels as soon as the applications menu closes (which it does automatically). Not sure whether that's an issue with applications menu or something here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try dragging an app icon from the applications menu

Don't cancel

Since this is a Wayland-only issue and we're sticking with X11 by default, I'm gonna pop this off the OS 8 project board

The problem with not resolving this is that some flatpak apps e.g pantheon tweaks don't run under X11. I'm sure there are others. This was the first problem I encountered after installing eos8 (official iso downloaded Dec24)
