Keyboard navigation stops working after changing pages

What Happened?

The keyboard navigation cursor stops working after moving to another page from a specific row.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the menu and use the arrow keys to move around in the first page.
2. Go down to the third row, and from there, move to the second page.
3. Notice that the cursor is gone and you can no longer select anything with the keyboard.

Expected Behavior

I could not recover the cursor. Once it's gone, only logging out and back in will bring it back.

Secure Session (Wayland)
Classic Session (Xorg)

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Hardware Info

Dell Inspiron 15 3583 (amd64 laptop).

I have yet to test it in the Classic Session. Let me know if you need more data. I'll try to make a screen recording later.

OBS Studio didn't include my mouse cursor. The page change you see in the last few seconds is me using the touchpad scrolling gesture — the keyboard arrow keys were unresponsive at that point.
