我在项目中引入了 mess 2.0.0版本，也apply plugin
但是打包之后反编译apk，发现Activity还是没被混淆

没有啊，弃坑了，看作者都放弃维护了。
我后面选择的方法是使用了单activity+多fragment的形式，你可以参考一下
