small issue with handling unknown tags

i am having a small problem with [embed] tags in handling...
it breaks at run_filter, seems that panflute is unable to translate them...
may you look into how to fix that?

if not, np, ill have to have a look at this stuff anyways the upcoming weekend hopefully...

actually was a problem with trying to switch an an empty doc object into a relative image url..., for now im switching over such things..., in the next step need to narrow down why the document object stays empty even if the image url is relative to blog url. nways, for now its not crashing things anymore at this stage.
