Digit services not running

Installed Digit v 2.6 on MacBook Air with M1 chip, 16 GB RAM. Followed all instructions from here: https://docs.digit.org/v/v2.6/setup/quickstart/2.-deployment
When I installed Digit, I had the option of installing the mGrievanceRedressal module. I clicked enter on it which led me back to the same screen. Then I pressed exit. Attaching a screenshot of that here as well.

Below is the status of the pods. Some systems are in "init" state. Port forwarding fails because it says pod not running. I get a 503 when I attempt the login URL. What am I missing?

The pods are not in the running state.Once the pods are running and in ready state You can proceed further

If your local VMs h/w capacity is not enough, image pull will be an issue. Can you check if your system meets the pre-requisites? If not you have to try with the better machine.

To confirm if it is an H/W capacity issue, if you delete few of the existing services, you should see other services turning into running state in a while.

System meets pre-requisites.

1. 16 GB RAM and 500 GB SDD .
2. If there's a certain RAM required to be allocated to Docker/Kubernetes, please call it out explicitly.
3. Machine has Apple M1 chip. Is that a problem?
4. Which services can I delete safely (per your suggestion above) and try this?
