Highlight selection box should conform to selection-behavior

At the moment the selection highlight box will always behave like desktop selection

This is usually not an issue because tablet mode is typically only used on mobile devices where the sub-selection / the selection highlight box is not present.

However, since we support an explicit selection-behavior attribute, it is a bug that the selection highlight box does not conform to the expected selection-behavior
