I have only seen this bug once, and cannot replicate the bug.

However, I have seen an error in the decision button shortcutKey initalization before.

Although it is a rare bug, we should document it and figure out why this bug can occur to create a more polished product.

This bug makes the verification grid hard-fail and non-functional

This may have been fixed by
QutEcoacoustics/workbench-client#2181
