不能使用github登录，是否可以添加其他备选 #139

当github被限制的时候，无法登录成功，使用vpn也不行。是否可以考虑登录其他方式

已经修复过一个版本，现在可以用了。
过阵子应该可以支持有邮箱登录，莫急~
