make "thread-safety" section in documentation

Describe the feature

For C application the basic assumption is that library is thread-unsafe. As zenoh session is thred-safe actually, it must be explicitly stated. Callbacks and deleters thread safety should be described too.

The same thing should be done for zenoh-pico also
