Describe the release item

Serialize any type with macro z_bytes_serialize, similarly to z_loan
Related also to #451

It was my idea 😭 More seriously, we should also add a z_bytes_deserialize macro at the same time.

Serializing funcitons are better aligned in #553 fixes. Now It would be nice to combine them functions under single macro/template
