Add validation for transferType

Currently during a transfer the consumer can specify whatever transferType they want and there's no proper validation on provider side to verify that the transferType was actually supported for that asset.

This should eventually result in a validation.

Any thoughts here?

I think that should link back to the distribution the offer/agreement is associated with.
