Issue discovered on Capella 1.4.2
Whilst executing a system to subsystem transition of a Node PC down from the PAB of a model to the SAB of a new model, an error occurred. The parent of the Node PC in the PAB is transitioned down to the new model's SAB as an actor, when that actor is inserted into the SAB diagram it prevents any of the functions that are allocated to that Node PC's transitioned system component from being inserted into the diagram. The reason identified for the parent being transitioned down as an actor is there are behaviour components contained within the Node PC which are connected to behaviour components contained within the Node PC's parent at the PAB level.
