Imrovements in Mesh class in easifem

Currently, in easifem a mesh is defined as a collection of elements of same topology. In addition, this mesh represent an entity in a Gmsh language.

A domain is a collection of meshes.

This approach creates issues when when we are dealing with higher order finite element methods.

Therefore, the mesh class should be modified in the following ways.

1. We should represent mesh as the collection of elements of same xidim. Therefore, a mesh should represent the collection of volume, or surface, or line, or point entities.

In AbstractMesh_Class following methods need to be defined.

• GetOrder, which returns the order of the mesh
• GetFaceConnectivity2 method which returns the facet connectivity, it needs info of facetElements
