Hi,

I am a new museek+ user and having an issue where mucous is unusable after a few seconds of it launching. The UI gets lost in a garbled mess of text and while it 'resets' fine if moving to help, settings or other modes that don't update chat, transfers, and search are impossible to decipher. I have noticed a few threads scattered about the internet in relation to this issue but not seen any working solution posted anywhere.

Cheers,

Abe.

There hasn't been any response so there's probably no point in me posting, but I'm also having this problem.

@abers @ghost -
As a mucous user encountering the same issue, and looking to fix it, it would be helpful if you guys could recall the general circumstances you were encountering this bug in. I'm using Mucous on a Debian install over ssh with iterm2 as my local terminal emulator and wondering if it's an issue with iterm2 support in ncurses (or maybe iterm2 support for ncurses). Kind of a long shot since this issue is 3 years old but on the offchance you remember it'd be helpful for me.

The same problem using mucous via shellinabox.
I think the best solution would be a WebUI alternative...
