Hide chapter FB columns

Last FB event and FB sync status columns are noisy on the chapter list page. Michelle said people don’t usually make a lot of events on Facebook anyway. Sometimes chapters just don’t have events and often they have events but don’t put them on Facebook. Who knows how they communicate them.

Jake says we can hide these columns and add a button to show it for testing/debugging purposes, rather than removing these columns. See Working Groups page "show members" button for an example of this technique.
