As originally proposed in PR #106 and implemented in the 1.0 branch.

See if we can get rid of this known issue.

The configuration should allow the user to enable/disable listeners (upload, delete_on_remove, delete_on_upload, inject_on_load) at the mapping level.
We must be able to manually trigger all the actions associated to these listeners.
